Is Lowan good?
A Disorder DEF-based damage dealer, debuffer and controller. Her S1 hits hard and gives her lots of turn meter against the target marked with her Exaltation debuff, with a high Taunt chance, and she counters too. Her S2 applies AoE ATK- and SPD-, guaranteed on the marked target even at 0% ACC, and her S3 combines control and single-target damage.
She's cheap for beginners, but offers no defense beyond Taunt and ATK- and can't buff her own damage.
