Is Luvia good?
An Odd controller with top natural SPD. Her Witherbloom debuff soaks up healing on its target based on her max HP, can't be cleansed and deals the unabsorbed remainder as damage when it expires, and her S2 is an AoE that dispels and spreads it.
Her Exile takes one enemy out of the fight for two turns, and nothing prevents it, and she combines SPD+ and SPD- in one skill. Her skills are very expensive to level.

Inflicting 2-turn [Exile] on the main target is guaranteed. Has a 100% chance to inflict 2-turn [SPD ↓] on all targets and steals 20% of the [Exile] target's SPD until [Exile] ends.
