Her S1 has a 25% chance to cut her own cooldowns and she uses it often, so its levels matter. Her healing only happens alongside the cleanse.

Skill 3 · Cooldown 4Listen carefully, this is the melody's echo. Mizusumi Aya increases all allies' Turn Meter by 40% and reduces all Animus and Shell Skill CD by 1 turns. Whenever a unit dies, reduces this Skill's CD by 2 turns. If this Skill has no CD, increases Mizusumi Aya's Turn Meter by 80%.
