Is Nathenn good?
A Hollow damage dealer and debuffer who scales off extreme SPD, ACC and HP. His S1 hits twice with HP-based damage and SPD- chances; his passive adds 1% crit damage and ACC per point of SPD over 200 and can block crits and grant Immunity when he's attacked, more often against slower foes.
His big AoE applies SPD- and Forgetfulness. He needs top-tier gear, lots of skill levels, and his strength depends on the enemy.

Running Bolt: When own SPD exceeds 200, increases own CRIT DMG and Effect ACC by 0.7% for every 1 SPD above that threshold. When attacked, has a 20% chance to trigger [Swift Volt]. For every 1 SPD above the attacker’s SPD, the trigger chance increases by 0.7%.
