Is Piayera good?
A Constant debuffer and support focused on delaying enemy skills. Her S1 has a high chance to add a turn to every enemy cooldown, and she uses it often, so level it first. Her S2 gives the team Grace Card for 2 turns, 30% more damage and 30% less chance to be crit, plus one or two random extras such as Immunity or Invincibility.
Her S3 forces the opponent to play around it but is easy to counter. Weak in PVE and needs high skill levels.
