Is Steelheart Dinah good?
A Constant SR support and debuffer with short cooldowns. Her S1 can Silence and pushes her own turn meter, and her passive S2, once every 3 turns after she's hit by an AoE, gives every ally Sword's Soul, a strong defensive buff that can't be removed, and has a high chance to cleanse a debuff each.
She can also dispel. She's cheap to build, but offers little in PVE for experienced players, and her passive does nothing against single-target enemies.
