Is Nevette good?
A Hollow debuffer and damage hybrid who can't crit; instead her damage against Odd bosses grows with her Effect ACC, up to 150% at 200% ACC, and she ignores part of her target's DEF.
That makes her easy to gear. Her S1 can Petrify, and she has AoE Petrify and Block. She doesn't excel in any of her roles and needs help against Immunity.

If the target is under crowd control or is an Affinity-disadvantaged boss, ignores 0.45% of their DEF instead (this Passive's Effect ACC bonus is capped at 200%. Shell does not trigger this Passive). When attacking bosses, treats them as controlled.
