Is Ninfoniel good?
An Odd support and one of the best burst buffers. Her S3 gives a unique AoE ATK buff, a shield and a rare 2-turn Immunity for the main DPS, though the ATK buff ends if the shield breaks. Her S2 averages the team's HP and then heals everyone a lot based on max HP, so she can also sustain.
Her S1 just gives herself RES+. She needs S2 and S3 levelled for shorter cooldowns.
