Is Qano good?
An Odd damage dealer with conditional damage boosts. His passive adds up to 75% damage against targets with less ATK than him and fully resets his cooldowns whenever he kills, and his S2 hits harder the lower the target's HP, with a big turn push on kills.
His S3 grants him the Void buff. His skill multipliers are low, so everything wants level 5. He struggles in both very short and very long PVE fights.

Dead Calm: When dealing damage, for every 1 ATK Qano has above the target, additionally increases damage dealt by 0.025%, up to 75%. When a kill is scored, resets all own Animus skill CDs.

Skill 2 · Cooldown 3When the sword falls, the mind must be clear and the cut absolute. Qano deals 360% damage to a single enemy. For every 1% of the target's HP lost, increases damage dealt by 1%. When the target is killed, increases own Turn Meter by 60%.

Skill 3 · Cooldown 4Everything I cut down, I cut down to protect. Qano deals 3 hit(s) of 100% damage to all enemies. The final hit is guaranteed to inflict 1 stack(s) of [Fracture]. This skill additionally increases damage dealt to the main target by 75%. After attacking, gains 1-turn [Void].
