Wily Revenant
Faltering District
Introduction
Rahu is an SSR character in Etheria: Restart. Faction: Faltering District.
On our Etheria: Restart tier list Rahu is A tier, 18th of the 96 characters ranked, from where 16 current tier lists put Rahu.
Is Rahu good?
A DEF-scaling single-target DPS and team support who gets stronger over a fight. His Wrath buff gives 5% DEF per stack up to 12; he gains it at the start, every four ally actions and when allies skip attack skills, and each stack can be spent to assist an ally's attack with his S1 while pulling their debuffs onto the enemy.
He's very tanky but slow to ramp, limited in gear sets, hurt by DEF shred, and heavy enemy debuffing can burn his stacks.
Strengths
- Strong single-target damage
- Grows over long fights
- Very tanky
- Transfers ally debuffs to enemies
Weaknesses
- Slow ramp-up
- DEF scaling limits sets and Shells
- Hurt by DEF shred
- Stacks drain against debuff teams

Background
Union Report=Animus Rahu, Identity Code E07-111142, Re-A Chip Status: Normal, No Abnormal Fluctuations.A mysterious figure active in Eltrise, operating an antique shop called "Köng" (Empty).True to its name, "Kōng" contains no valuable items—just an assortment of seemingly worthless trinkets.
Yet, Rahu always finds a way to sell them.He is currently the most sought-after "information broker" in E07, strictly adhering to the principle of "equivalent exchange."It is said that every customer who steps into "Kōng" leaves having paid a certain "price."Always wearing a warm smile and exuding an air of hospitality, Rahu gives the impression of being approachable—though in reality, one can never be sure what schemes he's weaving behind that friendly facade.
His words, more often than not, are a mix of truth and deception.A person who demands extreme caution when dealing with him.
|-| Memory FragmentI= In a secluded corner of the courtyard, sunlight streamed down from above, forming an open-topped "cage." Rahu dismissed all the attendants.
Only after watching everyone leave did he finally turn toward the rock garden nearby.
"An esteemed guest graces my humble establishment.
I'm afraid my hospitality may have been lacking," Rahu said with a playful smile, tapping his pipe against the wooden table like a musician contemplating a beat.
"As for your request... the time isn't quite right yet.
I'm in a rather difficult position." "Meow?" "You wish to return to your original form?
For a shop of my caliber, that's not a difficult task..." Rahu took a deep drag from his pipe before exhaling several slow, curling rings of smoke.
"But the price..." "Meow!" The black cat leaped onto Rahu's shoulder as he released the final smoke ring.
"Since you're so straightforward, I won't refuse either." "Three days from now, I'll fulfill your wish.
But in return, I'll take what I consider a fair compensation." "Meow!" |-| Memory FragmentII= "Mr.
Heinrich, you do realize this is just an antique shop." Rahu glanced at the shadowed man before him, then casually tapped his pipe.
"I know the rules. Name your price." "Oh?
A customer who knows how things work. Let's see what you can offer." "Anything except my abilities.
Take whatever else you want." "A generous offer.
It's been a long time since I've met a customer like you." "But I'm not greedy.
I only take what matches the price-I won't shortchange my customers." "What do you want?" "Afterward, I want one of your eyes." "An eye?" "That's right.
Just one." Rahu exhaled a puff of smoke.
"Deal." "Then here's what you need." Rahu smiled and tapped his pipe against the table.
Moments later, Heinrich received an email from Rahu.
"This is..." "Her name is No. 41-the only one who can help you now." |-| Memory FragmentIII= "To restore a missing personality, the key is obtaining memory data linked to it." Shyu glanced at Rahu, then at the black cat lying inside the apparatus.
"Without it, everything else is meaningless." He looked at Rahu again.
"I figured as much. That's why I came to you." "Take a look at this." Rahu held up a transparent glass vial.
Suspended in the center was a string of shimmering, multicolored tears.
"Is that... dream tears?" Shyu stared in disbelief.
"Is this the price she paid?" "Exactly." Rahu smiled.
"No. 41 collected these 'dream tears' from Nightmares." They contain fragments of memories from most of the Nightmares members including a great deal of data linked to Tiffany's personality." The summoned technicians shut the lab doors and began their work.
Just before the doors closed, Rahu caught one last glimpse of the vial being placed above the black cat-like a wand weaving magic in a fairy tale.
"It's time to fulfill that wish." Rahu poured himself a fresh cup of tea.
The air filled with the scent of incense.
Finally, the doors opened once more. A young woman stepped forward.
Her figure was identical to Tiffany's records in nightmares' archives, but her eyes held a newfound coldness.
Rahu smiled. "Welcome back, Miss Tiffany."
