Rilmocha is an SSR character in Etheria: Restart. Faction: Union.

On our Etheria: Restart tier list Rilmocha is B tier, 50th of the 96 characters ranked, from where 13 current tier lists put Rilmocha.

By game mode, Rilmocha is B in PvE and A in PvP.

A burst damage dealer built on splash damage. Her S3 hits one target with a 75% stun chance, then splashes 33% of the damage to everyone else, or 100% if the first target dies. Her S2 is an AoE that heals her for 70% of HP lost and hits harder on wounded enemies, and kills cut all allies' cooldowns.

She's type-advantaged and the best DPS for DokiDoki farming, but weak in single-target fights.
