Is Xuan Li good?
A Disorder DEF-based bruiser and support who is immune to CC at battle start. Her S3 gives the team a shield, SPD+ and DEF+ plus team-wide Timeweave and protection from cooldown increases, and under its Jade Empire effect her crits deal extra damage.
Her S1 applies Vulnerable, and her low-cooldown S2 hits all enemies with DEF- and chains an extra S1. She fits many teams, but everything hinges on landing her S3, and cooldown increases before she casts it hurt badly.
