By game mode, Yeli is S in PvE and A in PvP.

A Constant damage dealer who is best against single targets and still solid in AoE, with a devastating burst ceiling. Her passive S2 casts her S1 as a follow-up whenever an active skill crits, and since the follow-up is S1 it can chain, stealing buffs each time with its small steal chance.

A high-uptime CRIT RATE+ self-buff makes 100% crit easy. She needs a lot of skill levels, her follow-ups are random, and she brings no team utility beyond steals.
