Is Traveler (Hydro) good?

The Hydro Traveler is a free sub-DPS for Bloom teams (not Burgeon), with more support tools at higher Constellations, but the kit is weak for such a strong element. Their Hydro application is poor, damage splits between HP and ATK scaling with low multipliers, the Burst is expensive and short before C2.

They can stand in as a second damage dealer in Freeze or as a Bloom enabler beside Nahida.

Pairs well with: Nahida.
