"For the longest time I thought Robot was just that...

a robot. I though he was an emotionless, alarmingly smart AI with a tactical brain that would put the best in the Pentagon to shame.

I had gotten comfortable with that... and then, well, it got complicated.

Turns out the Robot we all knew was just a drone being piloted by Rudloph Conners.

Rudy, as he likes to be called, was born with severe illnesses and deformations.

Turns out he had been controlling Robot all along.

I don't like that we missed that. Most recently, Rudy worked with the Mauler Twins to build himself a new human body modeled after a younger version of Rex Splode.

He transferred his brain into the new body and destroyed the old one.

So now we have a young-looking Rex Splode-controlling the Robot.

Frankly, it makes my head hurt to think about it for too long.

But as long as Robot is still on our side, following my orders, I honestly don't care about anything else."
