Is Circe good?
A magic AoE unit whose Active and Ultimate hit every enemy with Fear on short cooldowns, which earns her a spot as crowd control in the Watcher daily raid. She's better known for her card, Carpe Diem, one of the best for healers thanks to its attack reduction.
As a DPS she trails other options, and she's fragile in PVP.
