Is Lucy good?
A Fear-focused melee DPS whose Ultimate and Active deal extra damage to Feared enemies, the Active also stacking one of the biggest DEF debuffs in the game. Despite two balance patches she sees no use, even beside 
Circe in the Watcher raid, and her card Sturdy Strength is outclassed.
Pairs well with: Circe.
