Is Morgana good?
An AoE DPS with a rare ability: her Ultimate and Active both dispel every buff on all enemies. Her passive adds ATK and extra damage against Feared enemies. She still sees almost no use in raids or PVE, but her mass dispel is one of the strongest tools in the Arena, especially paired with 
Morgan le Fay's cooldown acceleration.
Pairs well with: Morgan le Fay.
