Is Lisa good?
A Chaos archer with sustained and burst damage. Her first passive marks enemies with up to six Envy stacks, which she spends to deal damage and shorten her Ultimate cooldown, and her Ultimate hits all enemies and boosts that passive damage, so she can fire it three times in one raid.
Her Active also hits all enemies and her second passive adds attack speed, ATK and crit. Excellent wave clear, but fragile and damage-only.
