Is Mabel good?
Mabel enters a crowded field: Lightning already has strong main attackers in 
Benjamin and 
Reina, and her early Awakenings do little to beat them. Her fourth Awakening changes that, fixing her kit's problems and pushing her damage past even a fully built Benjamin.
She's worth pulling only if you plan to reach that point or specifically want a different Lightning attacker.
Pairs well with: Narae; Lightning Team.

Skills
5Consecration, Condemnation
Mabel swings her hand to release the flame energy inscribed in her Epigram, dealing FireDMG. Hitting the final 4th attack grants stacks of Epigram’s Will. Shortly holding the Basic Attack enters Judgment State for a set duration, marking one enemy in front with Seal at regular intervals. While holding the Basic Attack briefly, Mabel enters Judgment State, marking the current target with a Seal every interval. She simultaneously gains Incapacitation DMG Boost. Upon reaching 3 stacks of Incapacitation DMG Boost, she also gains an Attack Power increase. Judgment State ends when the maximum number of Seals is applied or another Basic Attack input is made. When the maximum Seals are applied or Judgment State is manually released, Mabel completes a prayer, dealing FireDMG with Consecration at the marked enemy’s location. Saint of Condemnation When Epigram’s Will is at max stacks, holding the Basic Attack briefly activates Saint of Condemnation, immediately granting 3 stacks of Incapacitation DMG Boost. During this state, she applies Seals and instantly performs a Consecration attack, with greatly reduced attack intervals. Saint of Condemnation ends with one more Basic Attack input, but may be reactivated anytime by briefly holding Basic Attack. Remaining Words During the 2nd Basic Attack, flame energy from leftover pages fires intermittently. This unstable energy moves slowly but deals increased damage and grants stacks of Epigram’s Will upon hitting enemies. After the 4th Basic Attack, if no additional input is made, Mabel observes the scattered flame energy returning to Epigram’s page fragments.
Epigram’s Will
Using certain attacks or hitting enemies injects additional mana into the Epigram, granting Epigram’s Will stacks. Unknowingly… After specific attacks, Mabel observes the scattered flame energy returning to Epigram fragments, causing distress. Picking up fragments and briefly holding Basic Attack allows her to immediately chain into the 3rd attack.
Doctrine, Evangelism
Mabel gathers the flame energy inscribed in her Epigram and spreads it outward, pushing enemies and dealing FireDMG. Some of the dispersed energy lingers in the air before firing toward the nearest enemy, dealing additional FireDMG. Hitting enemies grants stacks of Epigram’s Will. If no additional input is made after the attack, the scattered flame energy returns to Epigram’s page fragments.
Judgment, Punishment
Appearing near enemies, Mabel summons part of the divine executioner from her Epigram, slashing and causing an explosion, dealing FireDMG. If no additional input is made after the attack, the scattered flame energy returns to Epigram’s page fragments.
Flame, Extermination
Mabel summons the divine executioner drawn in her Epigram, burning all enemies in front for FireDMG and inflicting Fire Affliction. During the attack, she gains all damage reduction effects and can adjust the attack direction side to side using screen input.
