Is Reina good?
Reina tanks hits and heals herself back up, though that self-healing alone isn't enough to carry her through tougher boss fights on its own. Her Variant Attack, triggered by holding Normal Attack with two or more stacks of Lightning Energy, grants damage reduction and Super Armor while restoring 4% of her max HP whenever she takes a hit during it. Her Neutralization Damage Boost scales with max HP too, capping at plus 10% once she hits 10,000 HP.
The tradeoff is that her whole build-and-spend Lightning Energy cycle eats a lot of active time, which can run her into time-limit failures in longer boss fights.

5Spear Of Retribution
4-Hit Combo: Reina thrusts forward with her spear, then transforms it into a blunt weapon and deals LightningDMG. Landing the 4th hit charges [Lightning Energy]. Holding the Basic Attack button with 2 or more charges of Lightning Energy triggers a Variant Attack that deals LightningDMG. If Reina has 6 charges of Lightning Energy, she spends them all to unleash the Variant Attack's 3rd Hit, dealing massive LightningDMG.
Superconductive Body
Reina's Super Armor DMG increases based on her Max HP. Landing certain attacks or using skills charges her Lightning Energy. Holding the Basic Attack button with at least 2 charges of Lightning Energy will consume Lightning Energy
Form 1 - Thunderstorm
Reina unleashes 5 rapid thrusts, dealing LightningDMG to an enemy, then finishes with a mighty jab that deals LightningDMG. This final hit also charges Lightning Energy. When her sword returns, she delivers an upward strike that deals PhysicalDMG. Enemies hit are rendered Airborne.
Celestial Lightning Spear
Reina charges at an enemy at full speed and stabs them with her spear, then detonates her Lightning Energy, dealing LightningDMG, and charging her Lightning Energy. When switched out, she thrusts her spear toward the enemy to deal LightningDMG and creates a Celestial Lightning Zone grants Lightning ATK Boost based on her max HP to all teammates within the zone. Only 1 Celestial Lightning Zone can be active at a time.
Secret Technique - Radiant Dragon
Reina jumps high and throws her spear at an enemy to do massive LightningDMG, then strikes again upon landing to deal bonus LightningDMG and charge Lightning Energy.
