Is Ada Wong good?
An Electric B3 who works as much as a buffer as a damage dealer, handing a big ATK and True Damage boost to whichever B3 bursts after her. She's strongest supporting True Damage carries and fits several team shapes, and in PvP her ticking True Damage and RL burst gen make her a real threat.
