As a medical scientist working for M.M.R., Ether normally spends her time working or conducting experiments.
Compared to her squad-mate Mana, she is fairly lazy and would rather spend her freetime relaxing, to the point she wears torn clothing and has little time to bathe.
She often states she intends on quitting her job, yet never does.
She also hates going into combat and avoids it whenever she can.
Ether's motives are never too clear, but seem to revolve around observing extraordinary individuals and helping them reach their full potential.
She has a tendency to reveal things she shouldn't to see the results that follow.
Towards these ends, she experimented on the protagonist to create therapeutic medicine and is willing to work with Marciana to destroy her own squad.
Despite being viewed as cold and callous, Ether cares about her test subjects, giving them a number as a sign of affection.
