Is Arcana good?
An Electric B2 buffer whose enormous ATK and Attack Damage boost only works on 
Isabel, plus small team-wide buffs on top. With an invested Isabel against an Electric-weak boss she's excellent; without Isabel there's no reason to use her. Her 40 second burst also means running a second B2.
