Is Crust good?
A Water B2 buffer who can cleanse and dispel on command and works in or out of burst. She adds a semi-permanent ATK buff off-burst and large Distributed DMG and ATK DMG buffs when she bursts.
Her modes need manual play, she has no heals, and she needs full skill investment to match meta B2s, so most players can skip her.
