Is Laplace: Ultimate Hero good?
A Wind rocket launcher that fires a charged piercing laser, whose damage grows with attack and with Max HP alike. No other unit's AoE nuke hits harder. Fully stacked, she also lands one of the best single-target nukes, and she can carry Missilis Tower when invested.
She's very expensive: her efficiency hinges on costly Max Ammo overloads, and her ramp-up makes reload speed less useful.
