Is Maxwell good?
An Iron sniper who swaps to a piercing one-shot weapon during burst for a very large hit, and gives the two highest-ATK allies a big ATK buff at the start of Full Burst. She's a useful Pierce nuker, and her 
Ordinary Mechanic version has taken over much of her support role.

As Matis's resident scientist, Maxwell is analytical, calm, and very intelligent.
Her curiosity is always on the brink of overflowing, and the moment something stimulates it, she'll stop at nothing to get her hands on it and learn everything she can about it, establishing her constant thirst for knowledge.
Most of her squad's technology and weapons were designed by her personally.
Being the voice of reason amongst the group, Maxwell serves as the one to step up and defuse the exasperating antics of her squad, keeping Laplace's heroism and Drake's villainy in check, a position she's not thrilled to be in.
Though way more rational than her teammates for the most part, her desire to conduct research can inconvenience people if she really gets into it.
Unlike many other Missilis Nikkes, she despises Syuen and has even altered her own research to keep one of her projects out of her sight.
Maxwell's personality is different as a human in contrast to her Nikke version; she is highly regarding over her boss, Syuen, whom she has taken care as her adjutant.
Maxwell holds pride to Syuen's magnum opus; Project Matis, having been entrusted the researcher as its lead.
While Maxwell is very proud and holds pride of Matis, she is bound by morality, having been appalled and disgusted when she discovers that Syuen ordered her half-sister to have the board members killed due to their responsibility in sabotaging Project Matis.
Maxwell recollected Enme's vision which led to her eventual resignation, unable to involve herself within the heinous actions of Missilis' CEO.
