Outside of battle, Noah is incredibly teasing, except it's towards basically anyone from the Ark.

She calls any commander (including the protagonist) an imposter without the actual ability or personality to be a commander of Nikkes.

She also insults Nikkes and technology from the Ark, believing them inferiors who will never be able to retake the surface.

Pretty much anyone she met in the Ark would often leave remarks about her being an exasperation.

Despite her initial behavior, Noah prides herself as "the strongest shield on the surface," and if she particularly feels up to it, she will lend a hand to the protagonist and his Nikkes, while still trolling them.
