Is Rapunzel good?
An Iron healer who keeps a team healthy with little effort, plus a burst that revives, heals everyone and can stun all enemies with good timing. Newer healers bring offensive buffs she lacks, so her PvE role is dated, but she still fills off-burst healer and B1 stun slots in PvP.
