Is Scarlet good?
An Electric assault rifle and a PvP legend thanks to her screen wipe, still usable for bossing and Campaign with 
Trina. Her damage comes from stacking self buffs rather than high multipliers, so she scales poorly, and her self-damage forces a healer. Newer carries, even in her own element, have passed her in PvE.
