A Wind machine gun B2 who can be built as a support (off-burst) or a damage dealer (in-burst). She strengthens Wind teams, frees 
Crown for other teams, and her ammo-expend mechanic is strong with 
Little Mermaid; she's cheap as a support and does well in Tetra Tower.
Outside Wind-weak content she competes with stronger off-burst buffers, and her burst buffs nobody but herself.

Due to the sensitivity of her previous line of work, Velvet has grown tired of her previous squad and has since left.
She yearns to live a better life away from her dark past, which often led to numerous no-good party going after her.
