Is Tara good?

An R physical DPS who's really a companion for Red-card hypercarries. Her cards are cheap, she retrieves discarded cards, and her draw favours expensive Red cards, giving them +30% damage from Awakening 2, Ultimates included, so a carry can spam their best card.

Her constant draws call for a cost support alongside, and her own damage is low.
