Is Teo good?
Built for the late game, Teo swings wide-range physical attacks with Pierce and Crit, and by 6th Transcendence his Crit Rate hits 100%. His Skill 2 cuts buff duration on every enemy and fires automatically once four of them are incapacitated, and with Immortality resetting its cooldown he can land that buff-cutting hit about three times in a fight, which makes him a strong answer to Damage Immunity and Immortality on the other side.
He earns our S tier for that ceiling, but he's fragile once his Damage Nullification gets stripped away.
