Is Perlica good?
Perlica gets a team's Electro Attachment going quickly as the Electric Caster, and her coordinated skill can force Shock off the back of a heavy attack. That Shock vulnerability is useful even outside pure Electric teams, letting other Arts attackers cash in on the debuff.
The one thing to watch is that re-triggering Shock wipes out whatever stacks were already there, so timing when to reapply it matters more than spamming it.
Pairs well with: Zoan Fanyi; Ivyena.
