Is 12F good?
12F hits everything in range with Arts damage and costs very little DP to field, which makes him a cheap early Splash Caster option. His HP is unusually high for his rarity, and his dodge skill lets him shrug off physical attacks that would flatten other casters his size.
He caps out at a low promotion level, though, so once better Splash Casters show up he falls behind fast.

A Savra ex-mercenary with an unknown background known only under the alias 12F, he has been involved in various conflicts around Terra during his time as a mercenary and has an aptitude for offensive Originium Arts in combat.
Taciturn yet friendly, 12F enlisted himself for Rhodes Island after the Chernobog Crisis as one of its frontline personnel.
12F makes a cameo appearance in EG-5, the epilogue of Episode 08.
His codename actually derives from Hai Mao's birthday, February 16, 1991.
When converted into hexadecimal, it will be 12FCE48.
The Latin phrase "deus ex machina" is engraved around the cuffs of his sleeves.
12F was first designed back in 2014, long before his introduction in Arknights, in which he appeared in an artwork for an online competition by Tencent alongside an unknown Liberi woman.
Speculations have made that she might be the proto-type for Kal'tsit or even his friend Owl.
12F is the only 2-star Operator who is not a member of the Op A4 faction.
He does, however, wear similar attire to the team's members.

TalentDodge Rate Up allows 12F to dodge Physical attacks 50% of the time. Dodge Rate Up is one of the best sources of Physical dodge, allowing 12F to withstand attacks from even the strongest of enemies (including Patriot's special attack! ) so long as the player is lucky enough to have it work as expected. Even better, stacking Dodge Rate Up with other Physical dodge sources (e. g. Deepcolor's Visual Trap) will allow 12F to dodge most, if not all incoming Physical attacks!
