Is Yato good?
Yato costs the least DP of any Vanguard to deploy, and she redeploys faster than most, which matters if a stage locks out 
Executor Specialists. She can't generate DP herself though, and her stats fall off hard once better Vanguards show up, especially since she can never be promoted.
She's fine to level early and keep as a backup pick, but that early value fades once alternatives arrive.
