PhonoR-0 fights similarly to a Decel Binder as a 1-star robot 
Supporter, dealing ranged Arts damage with a shorter attack interval, and her attacks inflict Elemental Injury on top of that. Her weak stats and level 30 cap keep her out of serious fights, but she costs only 3 DP and doesn't count toward the unit limit, which makes her a cheap filler pick.
The trade-off is the usual 200-second redeploy time shared by every 1-star robot operator.
