Built as an 
April Fools joke, U-Official plays like a fully unserious Operator with almost nothing going for her in a real squad.
That said, she still has enough area control to do a job as emergency crowd control when nothing else is on hand. She's a novelty pick with exactly one narrow use, not somebody worth building seriously.

In the end, we decided to stop investigating her background further after her strong insistence.
