Is Mika good?
Mika keeps the team's AP flowing by stacking Waves, restoring AP for free once she hits three, and Deluge keeps that recovery going turn after turn. She also carries five different heal cards, including a free one that heals and grants AP even before enhancement, making her a well-rounded support given to every player from the start.
That AP generation makes her a natural fit next to high-cost characters like 
Haru, since she keeps them able to act consistently.
