Is Hawkgirl good?
Hawkgirl used to be considered the weakest Mythic+ in the game, bad enough that she initially skipped release outside test servers, but a rework has turned her into one of the strongest Spiritual damage counters around. Her survivability leans on her own damage output, so a mix of offensive and defensive gear works best, and increasing ATK is the most reliable way to boost the lifesteal she gets from Dive Bomb.
We rate her C now, and getting her to around star level 6 is a fairly low bar for what she brings.

Hawkgirl's full name is Kendra Saunders.
Background
In ancient Egypt, Prince Khufu and Princess Chay-Ara were killed by the sorcerer Hath-Set with a dagger made of rare Nth Metal.
The Nth Metal caused Khufu and Chay-Ara to be continuously reincarnated, along with Hath-Set, who sought their death.
During World War II, their incarnations were archaeologists Carter Hall and Shiera Sanders, with Hath-Set returning as Anton Hastor.
Remembering his past, Hastor kidnapped Shiera before she could regain her memories, planning to use her to lure Carter and kill them both.
But Carter regained his memories by touching Nth Metal and crafted a set of wings using its antigravity properties.
He freed Shiera and gave her a similar costume after restoring her memories.
As Hawkman and Hawkgirl, they fought Hastor, criminals, and Nazis in the Golden Age of heroes.

5Dive Bomb
UltimateHawkgirl soars into the air and crashes down, dealing Physical DMG equal to 1500% of her ATK to enemies in a circular area and granting herself 2 stacks of Nth Metal Aegis for 15 seconds. Nth Metal Aegis: Absorbs Spiritual DMG from enemy skills and Ultimates. Each stack can absorb damage up to 60% of Hawkgirl's Max HP. If a stack is broken, any excess damage from that hit cannot be absorbed again.
Hurricane Force
First BasicHawkgirl flaps her wings, dealing Physical DMG equal to 900% of her ATK to enemies in a circular area and granting herself 1 stack of Nth Metal Aegis. This skill has a 15 second cooldown.
Nth Degree
Second BasicIncreases Hawkgirl's Spiritual RES by 50%. Whenever Hawkgirl gains Nth Metal Aegis from her skill or Ultimate, she immediately restores 20% of her Max HP.
Energy Absorption
Third BasicIncreases Hawkgirl's Max HP by 30%. At the start of battle, each Birds of Prey or Justice League ally present increases Hawkgirl's Max HP by an additional 12%.
Thanagarian's Might
Fourth BasicIncreases all Champions' HP by 5% and Warrior Champions' HP by 5%. Applies globally.

Obtainable, along with her Shards, through The Bleed when her banner is active (a recurring scheduled banner); drafting a full copy grants 40 Shards if already owned.
