Is Orphan good?
Orphan is built around dodging and critical hits: her signature gear grants extra Crit DMG on landing a crit and restores HP on both crits and successful dodges, which keeps her damage and sustain looping together. Promethium Claws adds a shield when her HP gets low, covering the window right after her Ultimate so she can capitalize on her dodge-triggered slashes, and pieces like Not-So-Huge Hammer amplify both those slashes and her chained crit damage.
