Gaius runs two separate kits depending on whether he's in normal or God King mode, and he can flip between them at will with Thunderstorm, which also grants him an extra turn and resets Thunder Judgement's cooldown each time. In normal mode he stuns and dispels buffs across a mix of single-target and AoE hits, while God King mode trades accuracy for a crit rate boost and bigger numbers on the same abilities.

Being able to reset his own cooldown and grab a free turn on demand is what pushes him to S.

Gaius was one of the first Espers to gain power, and he, along with a few others, formed the Esper Union.

Focused, low-key, and discreet, Gaius believes that he and Esper Union will solve the mystery of these Miracles and save the world.

With the power of Zeus coursing through his veins, Gaius is a member of the Original Esper Seven.

They were the first people to gain Esper powers in Grandis.

Each of his shining medals speaks of the tumultuous past that he has endured.

As more members join the Esper Union, Gaius has slowly shifted his work to central management.

He now devotes himself to raising awareness and spreading knowledge about the Miracles to the public.

He seeks to encourage more young people to join the fight against the Miracles.

Career 2: An unexpected side to him. From his appearance to his work, Gaius strives for perfection in all things.

He even has exact measurements for his haircuts, which drives his barber crazy.

His attention to detail and serious nature makes him almost unapproachable to his colleagues.

But Gaius doesn't worry about that in the slightest.

He has a unique way to get along with everyone...

One never needs to worry about running out of electricity when Gaius is around.

From generating power in emergencies to charging a friend's phone, Gaius is always ready to offer his help.

Who would've thought one of the commanders of the Esper Union would be willing to be a portable power bank for others?

Career 3: Past difficulties make him stronger.

Gaius' office is often quiet and clean, appearing as if it's not been used for a while.

In it, he's smiling as happily as a child without a care in the world.

The abrupt arrival of the Cube Miracle completely destroyed Gaius' life.

His beloved wife, Hannah, was killed by Miramon right in front of him.

Hannah's understanding smile right before her death will forever be a knife through his heart.

Gaius' answer is the former. Miramon brought by the Miracles' arrival have wrought havoc in Grandis and these Esper powers are the last bastion of defense for mankind.
