Kaylee builds around landing crits. Dance of Deluge buffs her own Crit Rate while hitting the whole enemy team in stages, freezing anyone she crits, and Satin Strike extends that Crit Rate buff further whenever a hit crits.

Criss Cross focuses that same idea onto a single target, draining their energy and, once ascended, dispelling their buffs and freezing them on a crit too. It's a crit-dependent control kit that only manages D tier.

Kaylee is an Esper Union ops chief with a bubbly personality, who firmly believes that the power of dance is greater than words.

Having been granted the divine power of Anuket, she continues to share her joy through dance.
