Leon passes his own debuffs onto whoever he attacks before the hit even lands, clearing himself while burdening the enemy. His Deadly Sear attack gets a much better shot at critical hits against targets that are already debuffed, rewarding stacking those transfers up first.

It's a neat debuff-transfer gimmick that only manages D tier.

When the Debt is Paid: Leon lifts his sniper rifle fixes his aim on the target.

Career 1: An intact precision "mission machine." Although Leon's stern face is hidden under his hooded cloak, he still comes across as standoffish.

Despite his unfriendly demeanor, he is a consummate professional.

Many in the Shadow Decree refer to him as the "Machine" due to his methodical behavior and highly organized and efficient skills.

Despite popular belief, he is not a tireless robot who works around the clock.

Occasionally you'll hear relaxing jazz music from a secluded room in a top-secret location.

Even Leon needs a break from time to time.

Career 2: Leon seems to see his brother in Hall.

Leon is accustomed to keeping himself constantly occupied with mission in order to forget about his past.

He hardly cares who he partners up with.

Even with Freddy, who constantly tries to provoke him, he remains as cold and unmoving as a glacier.

Outside of missions, Leon seldom talks to other people.

His tendency for silence is well-known in the Shadow Decree.

Hall is the only exception.

Leon cannot help but be reminded oh his deceased brother when Hall is around.

He has even taken to instructing the younger man in the art of combat, spending numerous hours with him correcting his wasted movements and sluggish attacks.

The world does not seem so dark when he is around Hall, and the vow he made to his brother seems less of a burden.

Career 3: Unnecessary emotions are expendable.

What is the meaning of life?

Money? Fame? Love? Family? Different people have different answers.

The question has no meaning for Leon.

Having witnessed so much death and pain in his youth, he has long since become numb and has forgotten what happiness is.

He didn't join the Shadow Decree for any reason other than to kill time.

That doesn't mean Leon is untrustworthy when it comes to handling missions.

On the contrary, it is precisely his lack of emotions and cynicism that makes him perfect at his job.

For Leon, there is only his sniper rifle and his next target.
