S tier: Top picks
AriGives the whole team a shield worth 92% of their max HP plus a turn of invincibility, and her own hit stuns at 86%. When hit she taunts and drops every enemy's crit rate. The best shield in the game; pair her with Drax and the front line stops dying.
DraxTaunts everything for three turns while invincible for two, reflects half the damage he takes, cuts the whole team's incoming damage by 49%, and revives once. Slow to unlock (active 40, passive 30), but no other tank does all of it.
HaydenHits every enemy for 182% with ATK down and a true-damage follow-up, puts one to Sleep at 74%, and deals 169% more to a target with three debuffs. Limited, so plan around the rerun.
HydeA 207% hit on every enemy, more against anything with a status, then a bonus attack with an 85% chance to Paralyze. The cooldown is two turns, so he fires nearly every round, and the passive raises his ATK while cutting the target's.
HykiThe only 2-turn stun on every enemy in the game, at 92% once the active reaches skill level 20, on top of a 304% hit with Poison. Her passive strips ATK and healing from whatever she hits. Nothing else buys a team two free turns.
A tier: Strong
BaeksaLimited Rewinder played as a debuffer: 276% to every enemy with DEF and ATK down, a self shield and 74% Penetration. Breaks Guardian Stones on basic attacks. Not a healer, so she needs one beside her.
LainThe free XA: 268% to every enemy with a 70% Burn and 58% Pierce. A five-turn cooldown and no control, so she carries the first chapters and then gives way to Hyde and Hyki.
Lilly148% to every enemy with Poison, DEF down for three turns and a 61% Freeze. The budget stun: half the chance and a turn shorter than Hyki's, on an agent you get early.
MorganHeals 22%, cleanses a debuff and shields the team on the active, and every turn heals the lowest ally, makes it immune to crowd control and raises crit rate. The cleanse Rem lacks, with less raw healing. New this month.
MouAoE damage with Slow, a Heal Block on the target, a 25% shield for everyone and lifesteal for himself. A Rewinder who contributes damage every round instead of waiting to heal.
Muro287% single-target damage with a 70% Silence, ATK down and a true-damage tail. His passive dispels two buffs and lowers DEF on most attacks. The boss killer among the Jackers.
Nataliya252% to one enemy with Slow, then ATK up, crit rate up and a shield for the whole team. Her passive adds ATK and DEF down on most attacks. A buffer who also hits.
Persa244% single-target with Burn and a 35% stun, plus team crit rate every turn. Reliable damage and a small team buff, without the control that puts the top Slaughters above her.
RemThe only XA healer: 37% team heal, DEF up and a 37% damage-taken cut, with her own heal every turn. Carries the early game; once Drax and Ari are built, a second tank replaces her.
RuThe pure healer: 36% team heal, DEF up, two debuffs cleansed and two turns of crowd-control immunity. Five-turn cooldown, so time it. The pick when Morgan and Rem are not around.
SollLimited Slaughter: 192% to every enemy with DEF down, an extra attack that Weakens, and a 37% stun. Her passive stacks Penetration and gives her crowd-control immunity most turns. Strong in the arena, a step below Hyki and Hyde in stages.
Tsuki288% to one enemy, 123% more if it has a status, with an 86% Freeze. Buffs her own speed and crit rate, then crit damage on every crit. Pure single-target, so weaker on stages full of mobs.
YashaA four-turn heal over time for the whole team plus crit rate every turn, on a Jacker who still does AoE damage. Crit buffs are rare here, which is why she sits above the other X Jackers.
B tier: Solid
Andrew280% to every enemy with DEF down and a 40% self ATK buff, on a six-turn cooldown. Big numbers that come around too rarely.
Hugo252% single-target with a 61% stun, Slow and bonus damage against a status. His passive turns crits into more crit rate and a 94% extra attack. Good damage, no team value.
Mother188% AoE damage with a 17% team heal and a small shield, healing the weakest ally every turn. A healer who does not heal enough to replace Rem or Ru.
Reyna272% single-target with Bleed, Blind and Power Tags, lowering the target's dodge and raising her own Pierce at turn end. Fine damage with a debuff the team rarely needs.
Sean TerryA ranged Vanguard with a two-turn cooldown: 207% to every enemy with a taunt, Penetration and a 31% self shield, and a counter when hit. A damage tank, not a wall.
Tyra240% to every enemy with Bleed, a team heal with a cleanse, and an extra turn for herself. The five-turn cooldown is the catch, and her passive lowers every enemy's ATK while you wait.
VerdormanTaunt, reflect and a small team shield, healing himself a little every turn. The starter tank; Drax does every part of this better.
Yuri256% single-target with DEF and hit-rate down and a Silence on attack. A story agent rather than a pull, and her kit is an X Slaughter's without the AoE.
Zero-P168% to every enemy with a 74% Weaken, a 9% team heal and a damage-taken cut for himself, countering on blocks. Steady, with nothing a team is short of.
C tier: Situational
Amatech Ironclad202% single-target with 83% lifesteal, self ATK up and healing reduction on the target. Sustains himself, little else.
Calis202% with Speed down on a two-turn cooldown, countering and dispelling a buff on evades. Filler.
Coo&Beak Head Chef202% single-target with a four-turn team heal over time, countering on evades. The heal is small; filler with a bonus.
IronAoE damage with a taunt, a small team shield and shields when hit, stunning attackers at 35%. A license-day filler tank.
Junpei207% AoE with Slow, a 12% team heal and ATK up, healing everyone a little each turn. The S-grade healer, fine until an X or XA Rewinder shows up.
Kirill233% to one enemy and 106% to its neighbours, with ATK down and crit rate up on crits. The best S-grade damage, still an S grade's ATK.
Lin Qiang195% to every enemy with a two-turn taunt and a 29% self shield, Slowing attackers. A cheap front-liner for Firewall license days.
MarcusAoE damage with a taunt and shields on the active and when hit, with a 35% stun on attackers. A license-day filler tank.
MGPD Special Force158% single-target on a six-turn cooldown with a 26% chance of an extra turn. The worst active in the S grade.
MGPD Special Slammer244% to one enemy with a 90% stun and a self shield. The stun is real; the stats are an S-grade Vanguard's.
MightyThe best of the S grade: 207% to every enemy with Slow, a 25% shield and a four-turn self heal, and ATK down on anyone who hits him. A usable second tank before the XA ones arrive.
Navii Commander202% with Bleed on a two-turn cooldown and a small self ATK buff. Filler.
D tier: Weak
AG Acolyte120% to every enemy with a taunt and a shield when hit. A-grade tank.
AG High PriestA 14% team heal with ATK up and a cleanse, healing a little each turn. The A-grade healer, outclassed the moment any other Rewinder arrives.
AG Priest139% with Speed down and a counter on evades. A-grade Jacker.
Amatech Rookie139% with a 70% chance of Speed down on every enemy and a counter on evades. A-grade Jacker.
Amatech Soldier139% with Speed down and a counter on evades. A-grade Jacker.
Butler164% single-target with a 59% Silence and DEF down on attack. The only A grade with a useful debuff, on A-grade stats.
Coo&Beak Chef139% single-target with 71% lifesteal and a self ATK buff. A-grade stats.
MGPD Inspector139% with Speed down and a counter on evades. A-grade Jacker.
Navii Elite Soldier139% with Bleed and a small self ATK buff. A-grade Slaughter.
Navii Security139% with Bleed and a small self ATK buff. A-grade Slaughter.
Navii Soldier120% to every enemy with a taunt and DEF up when hit. A-grade tank.
Vlacky134% single-target and a chance of a small self ATK buff. A-grade stats with nothing on top.
How this list is made
Every agent is placed on the whole kit at skill level 50, with every effect unlocked, and on its stats at the level cap. What counts first is what the active and the passive do for a team in the Signet Game's Hard and Extreme stages, Firewall and Code Dungeon; GFC arena value comes second. The grade sets where an agent starts, because HP, ATK and DEF are fixed by grade and class, and the kit moves it up or down from there. The list is revised when a new agent arrives.
