Is Arowell good?
Arowell soaks damage for the team by redirecting a slice of party damage onto herself through Escort, on top of a Skill 3 that shields the whole party and buffs their Defense. That same skill doubles as a control tool, stripping every buff off a single enemy and stunning them outright, which is great for shutting down a dangerous buffed target.
A Speed-focused build lets her interrupt most single-target combos in PvP, which is where she's mainly used despite the D-tier rating.
