Is Chiaki the Echo good?
A support who feeds the whole team turn meter, ATK+ and random cleanses. At the start of each of her turns her passive S2 gives ATK+ to two or three allies and, on anyone who already had it, Ave Maria: immunity to turn meter reduction plus a 5% turn meter push to the rest of the team whenever that ally finishes a turn.
Her S3 pushes everyone 20% and chains the same buffs. Her S1 is weak, and she competes with very strong supports for a slot.
