Is Dorothy the Wisher good?
A crit-based support whose buffs can crit for stronger effects. Her S2 grants one ally CRIT DMG+ and a large turn meter push that nearly doubles on a crit and cuts all their and their Shell's cooldowns by 1, which is great for opening a PVP burst or cycling a carry's big skills.
Her S3 adds Life Leech, CRIT RATE+ and cleanses on a crit. Her S1 turn meter goes to a random ally, and long fights need all three skills levelled.
