Is Kazuyo the Reverie good?
An SR debuffer built around Slumber, a stun that lasts until the target is attacked. Her S1 can apply it, her passive lowers the turn meter of slumbering enemies without waking them, and her S3 lowers ATK and tries to Slumber every enemy across three hits.
That makes her one of the best units for 
DokiDoki, the main farming stage, and only her S3 needs investment. Outside Doki she's niche, and she needs speed tuning.
