Is Dinah good?
An SR debuffer whose S3 hits four times, stacking DEF-, then Vulnerable, then Erosion, which adds fixed true damage to the next crit and pushes the attacker's turn meter. Her S1 steals turn meter and her S2 applies Erosion too.
That combo boosts almost any damage dealer enough for most Inferno challenges, and she mostly needs her S3 levelled. Her S3 uptime is poor and she's slow and fragile for a debuffer.
